Heavy Machine guns (sMG34), 8 cm mortars, and 12 cm mortars are present in all Grenadier-type Formations (from infantry divisions).
Mechanized Formations like Armoured Panzergrenadiers all use Heavy Machine guns on half-tracks, 8 cm mortars mounted on half-tracks, and the Sd. Kfz. 251/9 ("Stummel" vehicle with a short 7,5 cm gun). Sometimes they use Grilles as noted, and they all have a flamethrowing half-track option.
Recon Formations use 8 cm mortars and short 7,5 cm guns, but they're mounted on a Sd. Kfz. 250 half-track instead of the 251.
